Data privacy

Who we are

For privacy concerns, contact us at website@jungegrafik.ch.

What data we collect and why

  • Our hoster, Hostpoint, automatically saves technical data such as IP addresses, URLs, date/time, browser info, and referrer in server logs to ensure website security and operation. This data is stored in Switzerland and deleted regularly.
  • If you contact us by email, your email address may be stored on Hostpoint servers and a copy may be saved locally on our computers.
  • To get a rough idea of visitor numbers, we use GoatCounter for privacy-friendly analytics. No personal data is collected.
  • If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address will be saved with Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter.
  • We only use essential cookies required for the technical operation of this site. These cookies do not contain personal information.
  • Some pages include videos from YouTube, using the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Data (such as your IP address) may still be transferred to YouTube/Google servers in the USA when you watch a video.

Data transfers abroad

Some services (like Mailchimp and YouTube) may transfer your data to countries outside Switzerland or the EU, where different data protection rules may apply.

Your rights

If you’ve contacted us or signed up for our newsletter, you can always ask what data we have about you (likely just your email), and ask us to correct or delete it.

We only keep your data as long as needed for the respective purpose or as required by law.

Updates

We may update this privacy policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page.
