La maison des Femmes de Ouled Merzoug

The women’s house of Ouled Mer­zoug: This book aims to high­light the weav­ings of the women of the vil­lage of Ouled Mer­zoug, Moroc­co. The edi­tion takes the form of an ABC-book based on the women’s names to clas­si­fy their cre­ations. A typo­graph­ic pat­tern inspired by the weav­ing tech­nique was cre­at­ed for each let­ter of the alpha­bet. This project was cre­at­ed in col­lab­o­ra­tion with Har­monie Begon who met the women and shared her expe­ri­ence with me.
